RV Rates are based on 2 people/ site
Each additional Person $3 daily, $18 weekly, $40 monthly.  Rates and sites are subject to change without notice.  Specific sites requested are NOT guaranteed.  Requests are taken into account the day the reservation is made. 

We do not allow tent camping in the park at any time.  Canopies are allowed on patio area only.

Deposit/Cancellation Policy for RV Sites

All daily and weekly RV Reservations require a deposit of a 1-night stay and there will be a fee of $10 for any reservation that is cancelled.  If you cancel your daily or weekly reservations at least one week prior to your arrival, you will be refunded your deposit minus the $10 cancellation fee. Monthly reservations require a $200 deposit.  Your monthly reservation must be cancelled one month prior to arrival date for a refund of your deposit minus the $10 cancellation fee.  Arrival dates may change at any time, subject to availability.

Holiday Cancellation Policy for RV Sites

All Holiday reservations require a deposit of a 1-night stay and there will be a fee of $10 for any reservation that is cancelled.  If you cancel your Holiday reservation at least two weeks prior to your arrival you will be refunded your deposit minus the $10 cancellation fee. 

Deposit /Cancellation Policy For Cottages

Cottage fees are based on double occupancy and 2-night minimum (3 night minimum over holidays).  Each additional Person $10+tax/day, $35/week, $50/month (6 person max) Sorry No Pets and No Smoking permitted in Cottages.

Reservations for daily and weekly stays require a deposit of a 1-night stay and must be canceled one week prior to your stay in order to get a refund of your deposit minus the $10 cancellation fee and two weeks prior to holiday reservation.  Monthly reservations require a deposit of $500.  Your monthly reservation must be canceled one month prior to arrival date for a refund of your deposit minus the $10 cancellation fee.

**NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES SCHEDULED OUTSIDE OF CANCELLATION POLICY**

Reservations for daily and weekly stays must be cancelled one week prior to your departure in order to receive a refund-- one month prior for a holiday reservation. If altering your departure date for a monthly reservation,  it must be changed one month prior to the new departure date in order to receive the refund. ​
